This company is criminal, he oversells his service then uses all kinds of phony excuses and just basically pads his wallet with your hard earned dollars. He provides ABSOLUTELY no service, no call backs, no emails, no web replies, no nothing, this company is disgusting in every way

This guy is crooked. He kept telling me that lightning was the cause of all the failures with my internet and when I finally cancelled my service, he tried to bill me hundreds of dollars for 'equipment failure'. Do yourself a big favor and find a different provider.

The above comments are very true, our service barely work for about a month....we disconnected it and went with a better provider. Since our Contract was void from no service they still take automated payment from my Credit Card. I will be proceeding with Legal action if no refund is offered. If anybody in Belleville reads this it is your best interest to look somewhere else for your internet provider.

I had to click a star to post this. 5 too many stars. The crapiest internet ive had. Dial up is 10 times faster. 2 soup cans are faster. The guy says its because people are using it. thats why its slow. REALLY people are supposed to use it and you are supposed to upgrade it. DUH. Take my 60 bucks amonth and buy better equipment AND more of it. THATS how that works.

We have had excellent internet service for the past two years. Never had an interruption. When our power was out we even received a call to see if we had internet problems as they noticed an outage at our address. Excellent service, great customer support. Nice to deal with a small local company. Highly recommend.
