Poor internet. Regardless of how nice the people are in the office or as a technician the fact remains that my service is down again. And gets poor at certain times of the day. There fibre is just down the road but we are left with dsl. Funny thing is price for 20 mbps dsl and fibre are the same. But dsl is very unreliable. In the long run you get happy faces and service but what counts and what you pay for is internet. And it is lacking. We pay for quality internet reception and they know we don’t get what we pay for. They also know we are stuck with it for now

When every employee you interact with from the head office to the install crews are polite, hard working, knowledgeable, and treating you like a customer they want to satisfy, it tells me this is a company that has it figured out. Recent visit by Bill, Manny and Spencsr was exemplary.

Smoke signals and carrier pigeons would be a better option for internet. Only reason they are still in buisness is no competitors.

Prices are good. Service is personal and great. Glad to see higher speed offerings coming out now. Much better than dealing with the big telco's.

Need to upgrade internet speeds in cottage country. Currently Lansdowne Tel only provides max 10mb/s download. Unacceptable in the current situation. Even after the pandemic, remote work will be here to stay.

We have been serviced by Lansdowne Tele. company for many years and we can't express how much we appreciate there service, flexibility, and professionalism.We have had many options to switch to higher speed internet but we enjoy our service with a smile and walking in to pay our bill!

Their internet has so many issues and downtime, slows down all the time. Their customer service is garbage because they are the only provider allowed in the area aside from satellite so they don't care since you have no choice but to go with them. You lose internet for a day and Their response ohh well we are working on it. No credits for days missed of service they provide". More expensive than everyone else as well with slower speeds."

What bad service...coming to our cottage on Saturday so we phone on Thursday to make sure internet is working...they say alls good" ...we get there friday night... not working so 9am saturday we phone
