Service is non existent. Speed should be higher for what we pay for after repeatedly telling them. I'm not the only one doing so. When technology even does it. My speed is 3.4 should be faster can hardly download a movie from Netflix.

Excellent all things considered. They provide us with 5 star customer service and bring us pretty darned good internet with the big carriers like MTS couldn't be bothered.Absolutely would recommend

I’ve had other providers and none have even come close to Waterside Wireless. They provide exceptional customer service, which might seem trivial to some subscribers until the day they need it. That’s when you realize the standout companies. They also provide a solid reliable internet connection. 5 stars doesn’t seem enough and I don’t say that lightly. If you are looking for Internet service in the RM of Lac Du Bonnet, do yourself a favour and contact the good people at Waterside Wireless. Highly recommended by this guide.

internet I've had downtime out of a few years I did have to restart my router all the time but no big deal. And speed is always consistent slow

Very helpful getting set up. Speeds aren't bad for rural internet. There have been no problems with streaming Netflix and downloading things on my computer. The speed is not like the high speed of MTS in Winnipeg understandably but downloading on average usually occurs at around 500 KB per sec. I have not experienced any lags waiting for things to come up. Would definitely recommend for areas where MTS & SHAW internet are not available.

Really good customer service. The installers did a great job and they really bent over backwards to make the set up suit my property so that I can get a clear signal access to the tower. Best upload speed that I've seen in the area (apart from Starlink) which is really important for the type of internet connection I need. I've done speed tests at different times of the day or days of the week and it's almost always consistently at 14-15 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload which is what my plan advertises. Much better than what Explornet was giving me on the best plan. Explornet was giving me 1.5 Mbps upload at best.
