Really innovative ISP, great customer service.

Quite possibly the worst internet service in Canada. Random speed changes (if you can call it speed at all). Technical support tells you it is your system" that is the problem every time. It is 2017 and this so called "high speed internet" often fails to load a Google search because it is too slow. If there is another option for internet services

Random speed drops constantly the tech support always says everything’s fine. They assured me the package I selected would cover all the internet needs that I have. Had it for about 5 months now and I can say with certainty it is the worst internet I have ever had.

Was the best option out there, great local service and very understanding with our crazy complications when we had to suspend service due to insurance claims on our house.I would highly recommend for rural users. Much better then explornet

I am currently a member AND employee of PRiS at this time. As a member, I have to say that the internet service is working wonderfully, and there are many features, such as Free Time during certain hours, that none of the competitors offer, that truly set PRiS aside. In my area, I had very limited options, and so I went without internet for over a year in our home as a result. Since being with PRiS, my fiance and I have managed to update all of our devices that desperately needed it. He plays video games on his days off, online, without any issue, and we watch an average of 2 hours of Netflix a night through the winter months and have been able to stay within our data caps and have had not complaints about speeds or reliability. I am pleased to say that having internet at home has made planning our wedding about a thousand times easier.As an employee of PRiS, I have to say that not only is this one of the best places I have worked, in terms of support from my managers and coworkers, as well as the actual tasks itself. In the time I have been with PRiS, I have worked on developing many tools to better the communication with our members, as I am an office administrator, and generally front line with our members.Overall, I have to say that in the year I have been an employee and the 4 months I have been a member, I would not change providers for anything. I highly recommend PRiS, as we are continually working on expanding and upgrading our services to meet the needs of Rural Residents.
